Ordinance to provide for the establishment of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority, issuing of permits to work as security personnel,bailey UGG boots, the licensing of security companies and other related matters thereto. Part I. Introduction
first Short title and commencement
(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the \
(2) Subject to subsection (3) as otherwise provided, this Ordinance shall be appointed by the Governor to the date of implementation.
(3) the second and third 32,UGG bailey button,33 and 34 from the under subsection (2) shall specify the date of the first anniversary of the date of implementation.
second Interpretation
In this Ordinance, unless the context do not have meaning outside - \
(a) under the \
(b) regulations set up by the other body corporate;
\
(a) security of property;
(b) the occurrence of the prevention or detection of crime;
(c) installing, maintaining or repairing a security device;
(d) for any particular premises or place with a security device;
\
(a) the occurrence of crime; or
(b) in the premises or place if an intruder, or for security reasons not allowed into the premises or place or any other premises or place items; the scope of Article III
(1) Where a class specified in Schedule I to the type of person who is acting, then the second, etc. do not apply.
(2) Where a person has been granted under section 8 of a waiver,UGGs, the ordinance does not contravene the provisions of the exemption apply to that person.
Article IV of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority
(1) There is hereby established a \
(2) Management Committee composed of the following -
(a) Management Committee, appointed by the Governor;
(b) the Secretary or his representative; and
(c) 3 other persons appointed by the Governor.
(3) Management Committee shall be the Chairman of the Committee other than the members,Discount UGG boots, appoint a person as Deputy Chairman.
(4) the Secretary shall appoint a person management committee secretary.
(5) Management Committee and in accordance with section (2) (c) shall appoint members of the management committee may be remunerated, the amount (if any payment) determined by the Governor, but this subsection does not authorize full-time employees to pay for the remuneration of public officials.
(6) under subsection (2) (a) and (c), the appointment shall be made in the Gazette.
